To join the Livewire Cloud MSP Partner Program, you will need to meet the following requirements:
Program Registration:
Partners are expected to formally register to participate in the Livewire Cloud MSP partner program.
POC/Subscribe for Livewire Cloud Services:
Partners can subscribe or establish a proof of concept (POC) to demonstrate Livewire Cloud services.
Develop Joint Value Proposition:
Partners and Livewire will collaborate to develop a joint value proposition that enhances the combined offering to customers.
First Level Support for Customers:
Partners provide the initial level of customer support, addressing basic issues and escalating more complex cases when necessary.
Maintain End Customer Compliance:
Partners ensure that all end customers meet legal and regulatory compliance requirements related to cloud services.
Acceptance to MSA, SLA, and AUP:
Partners agree to comply with Livewire’s Master Service Agreement (MSA), Service Level Agreement (SLA), and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
